Generative Morning is one of my earlier art pieces, from September 2021.

The art is fully on-chain and I consider it to be a “living” piece. Every block, the sun moves slightly across the sky, over a 12 hour period. Once the sun sets, there is 12 hours of night time, showing the moon and a darker color set.

The owner of this piece is able to set a number of options for it. They can change the “gm” message that is on-chain, they can change the length of the day, the time of the sunrise, and whether or not the piece is actually revealed on OpenSea.
