A consistent theme in yungwknd’s work is the relationship between the artist and the collector. This piece breaks down the traditional method of selling outputs of generative art, and instead sells the whole algorithm.

This piece is truly a living embodiment of the algorithm behind it. Each time you view it, and each different viewer, gets something completely new. Where the art flows is random and doesn’t repeat.

For this reason, I’ve also given the collector the ability in the contract to update the preview that shows on OS to any recording they take of the piece.
