breathe is an exercise in calmness.
the project was built during a period when I needed time away from the space, just to breathe.
the art invites the viewer to stare at the circles as they form, slowly shutting your eyes as the grain sets in.
as each circle forms, take a deep breath in, then out. in the middle of the animation, pause for a few seconds as the animation gets more faded. then continue the breathing as the animation reverses and the tension releases from your body.
